药品分类采购在药品库存管理中的运用价值研究

Research on the Application Value of Classified Drug Purchase in Drug Inventory Management

目的探究在药品库存管理中应用药品分类采购的价值及效果。方法该院将于2018年3月—2019年6月期间在药品库存管理中应用传统管理方式,并将其作为对照组,于2019年7月—2020年10月期间实施药品分类采购方式,将其作为研究组,同时在两组管理中选取3类药品进行观察,共150种,两组均75种,对两组管理方法实施后采购情况以及库存管理情况进行对比分析。结果研究组采购周期、采购总次数、采购总金额均低于对照组,且采购品种显著高于对照组,同时对照组库存平均值、安全库存周期以及工作量均高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药品分类采购在药品库存管理过程中发挥重要作用,不仅能够提升管理工作质量,而且有助于保障药品库存周转率,在临床实践中具有较高应用价值及可行性。

Objective To explore the value and effect of applying drug classification procurement in drug inventory management.Methods The hospital applied traditional management methods in drug inventory management from March 2018 to June 2019,and used it as a control group.From July 2019 to October 2020,implemented a classified procurement method for drugs as a study group,3 types of drugs were selected for observation in the two groups of management at the same time,a total of 150 types,75 types in each group,and a comparative analysis of the purchasing situation and inventory management situation after the implementation of the two management methods.Results The study group’s purchase cycle,total purchase times,and total purchase amount were all lower than the control group,and the purchase varieties were significantly higher than the control group.At the same time,the control group’s average inventory,safety stock period,and workload were higher than the study group’s data.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The classified procurement of drugs plays an important role in the process of drug inventory management.It can not only improve the quality of management work,but also help ensure the turnover rate of drug inventory,and has high application value and feasibility in clinical practice.
