契约管理联合人文关怀教育在手术室护理带教中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨契约管理联合人文关怀教育在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。方法将该院2019年1—12月50名手术室护士实习生,数字表随机法分两组。传统组给予常规护理带教,契约人文组实施契约管理联合人文关怀教育。比较两组的理论和技能考核成绩、教学满意度,并比较护士实习生的人文关怀意识、创新能力、护患沟通能力、团队合作能力、评判性思维能力和人文精神。结果契约人文组理论和技能考核成绩高于传统组,教学满意度高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。契约人文组护士实习生的人文关怀意识、创新能力、护患沟通能力、团队合作能力、评判性思维能力和人文精神高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士实习生实施契约管理联合人文关怀教育效果确切,可提高护士实习生的人文关怀意识、自我管理能力、创新能力、护患沟通能力、团队合作能力、评判性思维能力和人文精神,并提高护士实习生的理论技能水平,护士实习生对这种教学方法满意度高。 Objective To explore the application effect of contract management combined with humanistic care education in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods From January to December 2019 in the hospital,50 operating room nurse interns were randomly divided into two groups using a digital table.The traditional group adopted regular nursing instruction,and the contract humanities group implemented contract management and humanistic care education.Compared the two groups'theoretical and skill assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and compare the humanistic care awareness,innovation ability,nurse-patient communication ability,teamwork ability,critical thinking ability and humanistic spirit of nurse interns.Results The theory and skill assessment scores of the contract humanities group were higher than the traditional group,and the teaching satisfaction was higher than that of the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The humanistic care consciousness,innovation ability,nurse-patient communication ability,teamwork ability,critical thinking ability and humanistic spirit of nurse interns in the contract humanities group were higher than those of the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of contract management and humanistic care education for nurse interns in operating room has a definite effect,which can improve nurse interns'humanistic care awareness,self-management ability,innovation ability,nurse-patient communication ability,teamwork ability,critical thinking ability and humanistic spirit,and improve the theoretical skill level of nurse trainees.Nurse trainees are highly satisfied with this teaching method.
