临床路径教学法应用于中医肛肠科护理带教中的价值探讨

Discussion on the Value of Clinical Path Teaching Method Applied to Nursing Teaching in the Anorectal Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的分析临床路径教学法在中医肛肠科护理带教中的应用价值。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月于该院肛肠科进行实习的护生74名作为该研究的观察对象,随机分组,将其中接受传统护理教学的37名护生纳入对照组,将接受临床路径教学法教学的37名护生纳入研究组。比较两组护生中医护理基本理论知识与实践技能的考核成绩、中医护理文件书写能力考核成绩、患者对护生护理服务的满意度以及护生对教学方法满意度。结果在不同教学方法的指导下,研究组护生的各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床路径教学法的指导下,在中医院进行实习的护士生的知识与技能得到明显提升,不仅教学质量得到改善,护理满意度也得到提高,同时护生的学习兴趣也被激发,该种教学法值得在中医院护理教学工作中大力推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of clinical pathway teaching method in nursing teaching of TCM anorectal department.Methods A total of 74 nursing students who had internships in the anorectal department of the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the observation objects of the study.They were randomly divided into groups,and 37 nursing students who received traditional nursing teaching were included in the control group.37 nursing students who were taught by the clinical path method were included in the study group.Comparing the two groups of TCM nursing basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills assessment scores,TCM nursing document writing ability assessment scores,patients'satisfaction with nursing students'nursing services,and nursing students'satisfaction with teaching methods.Results Under the guidance of different teaching methods,the indexes of nursing students in the study group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of the clinical pathway teaching method,the knowledge and skills of nurse students who are doing internships in the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine have been significantly improved.Not only the teaching quality has been improved,the nursing satisfaction has also been improved,and the learning interest of nursing students has also been stimulated.This teaching method is worthy of being popularized in the nursing teaching work of Chinese hospitals.
