心血管内科护理教学中应用案例教学法的分析

摘要 目的分析案例教学法在心血管内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法研究样本选自2018年7月—2020年9月间于该院心血管内科实习的护理实习生82名。利用随机化分组法将其等分为干预组、对比组。对比组41名护理实习生实施常规教学法,干预组41名护理实习生开展案例教学法。对比分析两组课堂注意力集中率、教学总满意度、考核成绩。结果干预组学生课堂注意力集中率(97.56%)相较于对比组(80.49%)明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护理实习生综合素质(94.75±3.54)分、技能考核(95.38±3.62)分、理论考核(96.79±2.53)分、科室评分(96.12±3.14)分、学生互评(95.28±2.57)分均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比组教学总满意度(78.05%)相较于干预组(97.56%)明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法在心血管内科护理教学中应用能够有效提高护生课堂注意力集中率,提升护生对教学的满意程度,提高其各项考核成绩,推广应用价值较高。 Objective To analyze the application effect of case teaching method in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing teaching.Methods The study sample selected 82 nursing interns who were internships in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine in the hospital from July 2018 to September 2020.Using the randomization grouping method,they were equally divided into intervention group and comparison group.Among them,41 nursing interns in the comparison group implemented conventional teaching methods,and 41 nursing interns in the intervention group carried out case teaching methods.Comparative analysis of the concentration rate,total teaching satisfaction,and assessment results of the two groups in the classroom.Results The concentration rate of students in the intervention group(97.56%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.49%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comprehensive quality of nursing interns in the intervention group(94.75±3.54)points and skill assessment(95.38±3.62)points,theoretical assessment(96.79±2.53)points,department score(96.12±3.14)points,and student mutual evaluation(95.28±2.57)points,were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall teaching satisfaction of the control group(78.05%),was significantly lower in the intervention group(97.56%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case-based teaching method in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing teaching can effectively improve the concentration rate of nursing students in the classroom,improve the degree of satisfaction of nursing students with teaching,improve their various assessment results,and have a high value in promotion and application.
