外科护理实习教学中临床路径带教的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨外科护理实习教学中临床路径带教的应用效果。方法将该院外科在2019年1月—2020年1月接收的实习护生68名作为研究对象,根据护生进入科室的先后顺序,将其划分为两组。先进入科室的34名护生,作为参照组,对其进行常规带教;后续入科室的34名护生,作为观察组,对其进行临床路径带教。对两组护生的带教效果进行评估,且从理论知识与实践操作考核的形式,来对其教学质量进行评价。对两组护生的教学满意度进行评估和比较。结果观察组实习护生的护理意识、工作积极性、病历书写、护患沟通能力等评分明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护生的理论知识与实践操作考核成绩优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护生对带教方案满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理实习教学中,运用临床路径带教模式,带教效果较好,且能够对学生的考核成绩进行优化,保证其对带教满意度,值得选用。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical path teaching in surgical nursing practice teaching.Methods The 68 interns of nursing students accepted by the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were taken as the research objects.According to the order in which the nursing students entered the department,they were divided into two groups.The 34 nursing students who entered the department first were used as the reference group and were taught by routine method;the 34 nursing students who entered the department later were taught by the clinical pathway as the observation group.The teaching effect of the two groups of nursing students was evaluated,the teaching quality was evaluated in the form of theoretical knowledge and practical operation assessment.The teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students was evaluated and compared.Results The scores of nursing awareness,work enthusiasm,medical record writing,and nurse-patient communication skills of the observation group were significantly better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s theoretical knowledge and practice operational assessment results were better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the interns in the observation group with the teaching program was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In surgical nursing practice teaching,the clinical path teaching mode is used,and the teaching effect is better,and the students'assessment results can be optimized to ensure their satisfaction with the teaching,which is worthy of selection.
