摘要
目的分析以团队为基础的教学法在妇产科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选出该院妇产科2019年1—12月的35名护士作为研究对象,设为观察组,运用以团队为基础的教学法进行护理教学;另选出该院妇产科2018年1—12月的35名护士作为对照研究对象,设为对照组,运用传统教学法进行护理教学,教学课程结束后对比两组护士的考试成绩、学习效果、岗位胜任能力以及教学满意度。结果观察组护士的考试成绩(94.6±3.0)分高于对照组(81.7±2.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士学习兴趣、理解能力、学习内容掌握度的评分(9.6±1.7)分、(9.0±1.2)分、(8.8±1.0)分均高于对照组(6.7±1.3)分、(6.9±1.6)分、(7.1±1.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士护理教学后的岗位胜任能力评分(91.0±2.2)分高于对照组(80.4±3.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的教学满意度(97.1%)高于对照组(77.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以团队为基础的教学法在妇产科护理教学中的应用效果显著,可明显提高护士的考试成绩、学习效果、岗位胜任能力以及教学满意度,值得推行。
Objective To analyze the application effect of team-based teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching.Methods Selected 35 nurses from the department of obstetrics and gynecology of this hospital from January to December 2019 as the research objects,set them as observation group,and used team-based teaching methods for nursing teaching;select 35 nurses from the department of obstetrics and gynecology of this hospital from January to December 2018 as control subjects and set as a control group,using traditional teaching methods for nursing teaching.After the teaching course,the exam scores,learning effects,job competence and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The test scores of the observation group nurses(94.6±3.0)points was higher than that of the control group(81.7±2.6)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group nurses'scores for learning interest,comprehension ability,and mastery of learning content(9.6±1.7)points,(9.0±1.2)points,(8.8±1.0)points were higher than the control group(6.7±1.3)points,(6.9±1.6)points,(7.1±1.3)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the post competency score(91.0±2.2)points of the observation group nurses after nursing teaching was higher than that of the control group(80.4±3.6)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group nurses'teaching satisfaction(97.1%)was higher than that of the control group(77.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The team-based teaching method has a significant application effect in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching.It can significantly improve the exam scores,learning effects,job competence and teaching satisfaction of high nurses,and it is worthy of implementation.
