摆动推杆凸轮廓线图解法教学软件开发

摘要 针对图解法设计凸轮廓线在教学过程中存在的问题,以摆动推杆凸轮机构为例,开发了摆动推杆凸轮廓线图解法绘制教学软件。介绍了摆动推杆凸轮廓线图解法设计的基本原理,对软件功能需求进行了分析,设计了软件开发方案。论述了推杆运动规律函数库的设计方法与凸轮廓线图解法绘制过程的演示方法。基于上述技术原理,设计开发了摆动推杆凸轮廓线图解法绘制教学软件。通过应用案例,证明了该软件在机械原理课程辅助教学领域应用的有效性。 In view of the problems existing in the teaching process of graphic design of cam profile,taking the oscillating push rod cam mechanism as an example,the graphic drawing teaching software for oscillating push rod cam profile was developed.This paper introduced the basic principle of graphic design of cam contour line of swing push rod,analyzed the software functional requirements,and designed the software development scheme.This paper discussed the design method of the function library of push rod motion law and the demonstration method of the graphic drawing process of cam outline.Based on the above technical principles,a graphic drawing software for the cam profile of swing push rod was designed and developed.Through an application case,the effectiveness of the application of the software in the field of auxiliary teaching of mechanical principle course was proved.
