摘要
仪器分析实验课程是化学化工类相关学科重要的基础性课程。但是由于仪器费用、实验环境和课时安排的限制,部分实验内容难以开设,因此根据“以虚补实,虚实结合”指导思想开发基于虚拟仿真技术的仪器分析实验项目是十分必要的。从虚拟仿真实验的必要性、设计思路及实施等角度,结合气质联用法检测抗氧化剂虚拟仿真实验这一案例介绍将虚拟仿真技术应用于仪器分析实验教学之中的优势。
The Instrumental Analysis Experiment is an important basic course for chemistry and chemical related majors.However,due to the limitations of instrument cost,experimental environment and class arrangement,some experimental contents are difficult to set up.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop an instrument analysis experiment project based on virtual simulation technology according to the guiding ideology of"complementing and combining reality with virtual reality".This article,combined with the real case,introduces the advantage of applying virtual simulation technology to the teaching of instrument analysis experiment from the perspective of the necessity,design ideas and implementation of virtual simulation experiments.
