呼吸道分泌物采样训练仿真模型的研制与应用

Development and Application of Respiratory Secretions Sampling Training Simulation Model

基于生物安全的要求,鼻拭子及咽拭子样本采集技术不应该依靠从被采人员身上训练获得,为给医学生、医务工作者及社会防疫工作人员提供实践锻炼的机会,研制了呼吸道分泌物采样训练仿真模型。该模型高度逼真、性能稳定、通用性强、无生物安全隐患,能够同时满足教师示教、学生操作及社会防疫工作人员系统培训等多种要求。应用效果表明,该自制仪器不但可以培养医学生临床实践能力及岗位胜任力,促进高校对重大传染病的教学工作,还能够服务社会,增强社会的防疫力度,控制疫情的蔓延与流行。

Based on the demand of biological safety,nasopharyngeal swabs collection skill should not depend on patient training.In order to provide practical training opportunities for medical students,medical staff and social epidemic prevention staff,we developed the respiratory secretions sampling training simulation model.This model has high fidelity,stable performance,strong universality and no biosafety hidden danger.It could meet teacher demonstration,student operation and systematic training for social epidemic prevention staff.The practical application shows that the self-made device could not only cultivate the clinical practice ability and post competence of medical students,promote the teaching of major infectious diseases in universities,but also serve the society,strengthen the social epidemic prevention efforts,control the spread and epidemic of the epidemic situation.
