校企合作共建新能源汽车专业的探索与实践——以北京城市学院汽车工程系为例

Exploration and Practice of University-enterprise Cooperation on New Energy Vehicle Specialty:A Case Study of Beijing City University

为了更好地建设新能源汽车专业,北京城市学院和北汽集团合作共建了新能源汽车技术专业。在此期间,校企双方共同参与了人才培养方案的制订、课程体系的建立、实训基地的建设、师资力量的培训、学生顶岗实习和企业订单班培养等多个合作项目。在校企合作共建新能源汽车专业的实践中,发现了校企合作中存在的一些问题,针对这些问题,提出了下一步的工作思路和措施。

In order to construct the new energy vehicle specialty better,Beijing City University and BAIC Group constructed the new energy vehicle specialty together.Meantime,the two parties have completed many projects together.It converted the formulation of talent training program,the establishment of the curriculum system,construction of practical training base,training of teachers,students'internship,the establishment of the ordered class,and so on.In the practice of university-enterprise cooperation,some problems have been found.In view of the problems existing in the cooperation between school and enterprise,the next steps and measures are put forward.
