摘要
以2016—2019年创业板企业为研究对象,对私募股权投资对企业创新能力的影响进行实证分析,经研究发现有私募股权投资参与的企业创新能力更强,进一步分析发现私募股权投资持股比例、联合投资对企业创新能力具有正向促进作用,即随着私募股权投资持股比例提升,企业创新能力也会提高;私募股权投资机构联合投资越多,企业创新能力也越强,由此拓展了私募股权投资与企业创新能力的研究,为企业提高创新能力提供一定的借鉴作用。
Taking the companies listed on GEM from 2016 to 2019 as a research object,the paper analyzed the influence of private equity investment on enterprise innovation ability.The paper suggested that companies with private equity investment have stronger innovation capabilities.The proportion of private equity investment holdings,joint investment and corporate innovation capabilities are positively correlated.The higher the shareholding ratio of private equity investment,the stronger the innovation ability of the enterprise;The more joint investment of private equity investment institutions,the stronger the innovation ability of the enterprise.The research provided some reference for companies to improve their innovation capabilities.
