使用后评价(POE)在城市广场中的实践研究——以大雁塔北广场为例

Research on Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)of Urban Square——A Case of the Northern Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda

城市广场作为城市室外空间的重要组成部分,也是每座城市必需的对外名片。城市广场的科学设计不仅能够满足城市居民基本的物质精神和文化生活需求,还可以充分体现出当地文化内涵与城市精神。笔者选取大雁塔北广场为研究对象,以观察法、问卷法及深入访谈法对大雁塔北广场的场地现状、使用人群、使用评价、使用需求进行研究与分析,同时梳理并总结其存在的问题,进而提出相应的改进建议与改造设计方案。

As an important part of the city’s outdoor space,the city square is also a necessary external business card for every city.The scientific design of the city square can not only meet the basic material spirit and cultural life needs of urban residents,but also fully reflect the local cultural connotation and urban spirit.The author selects the Northern Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda as the research object,and uses observation method,questionnaire method and in-depth interview method to study and analyze the site status,user population,use evaluation,and use demand of the Northern Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda.At the same time,it sorts out and summarizes the existing problems,and then puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions and transformation design schemes.
