高寒地区全预制跨线桥梁方案设计与施工关键技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 预制桥梁以其建造成本低、节能环保、施工速度快等优点,得到了工程界的广泛关注。为满足高寒地区设计要求,以及更好地为桥梁建设提供适宜的设计方案和施工技术,本文从设计和施工两个方面进行分析,详细地介绍了预制墩柱、盖梁的设计和施工流程;阐述了灌浆料在高寒地区应用的设计理念与施工方案;讨论了非跨线区域支架法和跨线区域钢箱梁顶推法在实际工程中的综合应用方案;分析了在实际工程中施工人员和管理人员在自身素质和能力方面的欠缺。通过该研究,了解到施工过程中存在一些施工难点,如顶推时轴线控制难度高、焊缝质量要求高、吊装控制难度大等。通过对施工关键技术的总结,对同类项目的施工将具有指导意义。 Prefabricated bridges have been widely concerned by engineers due to their low construction cost,energy saving,environmental protection and fast construction speed.To meet the design requirements in alpine regions and provide suitable design schemes and key construction technologies for bridge construction,this paper analyzes two aspects of design and construction,and introduces detailed technical design and construction process of precast pier columns and capping beams.The unique design concept and construction scheme of grouting material in alpine region are expounded.This paper discusses the comprehensive application scheme of non-overpass area support method and overpass area steel box girder incremental launching method in practical engineering.This paper analyzes the deficiency of construction personnel and management personnel in their own quality and ability in practical engineering.Through this study,it is known that there are some construction difficulties in the construction process,such as the difficulty of axis control,the high requirement of weld quality,the difficulty of hoisting control,and so on.By summarizing key construction technologies,it provides references for similar projects.
