基于建筑施工安全风险评价体系的管理措施探讨

Discussion on Management Measures Based on Construction Safety Risk Assessment System

本文在论述建筑施工安全风险评价重要性的基础上,以高处坠落、物体打击、塌陷事故、机械伤害等为建筑施工安全风险因素,构建了建筑施工安全风险评价体系。从甲方建设单位角度出发,对基于安全风险评价的建筑施工安全管理提出了针对性措施与建议,旨在为我国不断提升建筑施工安全风险评价体系构建水平及施工安全管理水平带来一定参考与启迪。

On the basis of briefly discussing the importance of building construction safety risk assessment,this paper constructs the construction safety risk evaluation system based on falling from height,object strike,collapse accident,mechanical injury,etc.,and further puts forward the targeted measures and suggestions for the construction safety management from the perspective of Party A’s construction unit based on safety risk assessment.It aims to provide reference and enlightenment for China to continuously improve the construction level of construction safety risk assessment system and construction safety management level.
