在“双碳”战略中,能源是主力军,城市是主战场。以上海为例,梳理上海城市用能需求和特点,分析双碳目标对能源互联网发展以及对能源互联网技术创新的要求,对比国内外典型的案例和举措,提出“双碳”背景下构建城市能源互联网的关键技术需求和建议。

Under the“3060”Strategy,energy is the main force,and cities are the main battlefield.Taking Shanghai as an example,this article sorts out the demand and characteristics of Shanghai’s urban energy supply under the background of“3060”Strategy,and analyzes the requirements of“3060”Strategy on the development of energy Internet and the technological innovation of energy Internet.After that,this article compares typical cases and measures at home and abroad,and puts forward the key technical requirements and suggestions for the construction of Urban Energy Internet.
