关于我国政务服务研究的文献综述

Literature Review on the Research of Government Service in China

政务服务是服务型政府建设的重要环节,对其研究有助于推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,有助于进一步深化"放管服"改革。本文基于中国知网CNKI中关于政务服务的相关文献,通过对研究主题及发文趋势、研究对象与主要方法、研究所涉及的相关理论等方面进行分析发现:"政务服务"相关研究呈现出持续上升的热度,但高水平系统性研究还不多;相关研究主题呈现出多样性,但相关理论研究不多;相关研究对象呈现出系统性,但对国家层面与基层的关注较少;相关研究方法呈现出多样性,但定量研究较少;相关研究选用理论较为丰富,但以心理学、数学及信息技术相关科学理论的应用研究不多。为此,应提高政务服务研究水平,尤其要关注该领域的基础理论研究;加大对政务服务国家层面与基层领域的关注;加强定量研究、实证研究、跨学科研究,并关注心理学与数学、信息技术等相关理论的引入。

Government service is an important link in the construction of service-oriented government.The research on it will help to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and further deepen the reform of "decentralization,management and service".Based on the relevant literature on government service in CNKI,this paper analyzes the research topics and trends,research objects and main methods,and related theories involved in the research.It is found that the research on "government service" continues to increase in popularity,but there are few high-level systematic researches;The related research topics show diversity,but the related theoretical research is not much;The related research objects are systematic,but less attention is paid to the national level and grass-roots level;However,there are few quantitative studies;There are plenty of relevant theories,but there are few applied researches on psychology,mathematics and information technology.Therefore,we should improve the research level of government service,especially pay attention to the basic theoretical research in this field;We should pay more attention to the national level and grass-roots areas of government services;We should strengthen quantitative research,empirical research,interdisciplinary research,and pay attention to the introduction of psychology,mathematics,information technology and other related theories.
