摘要
电动机的弱磁控制是起重设备的一个重要核心功能。起重设备根据载荷的重量自动调节起升机构的最大运行速度,既能提高起重设备的运行效率,增加经济效益,也能减少电动机以及变频器的额定功率,最大限度地降低功耗。弱磁参数的测定是一个复杂的过程,本文将介绍一种相对简单,特别是在改造过程和后期修正参数的一种简单方法。
Field weakening control of motor is an important core function of crane. According to the weight of the load, the crane hoist axis can automatically calculate the maximum lifting speed of the lifting mechanism, which can not only improve the operation efficiency, increase the economic benefits, but also reduce the rated power of the motor and frequency converter, and minimize the power consumption. The measurement of field weakening parameters is a complex process. This paper introduces a relatively simple method, especially in the transformation process and later correction of parameters.
