滨44X井钻井液井壁稳定技术

摘要 滨44X井位于济阳坳陷东营凹陷利津洼陷带的西坡,是胜利油田重点评价井,设计井深4100 m。该区块地质结构复杂,二开大井眼段地层造浆严重,施工中井壁稳定及岩屑携带难度大;沙河街组地层层理、孔隙及裂缝发育,且局部井段含有油泥岩和红色泥岩,易造成井壁坍塌及缩径卡钻事故;三开定向过程中易出现“狗腿度”,钻井液润滑防卡难度大。通过使用聚磺抗高温防塌钻井液体系,针对不同地层采取不同的现场钻井液维护处理工艺,顺利钻至目的层,完成了设计任务和勘探目的。 The Bin 44X Well was located in the western slope of Dongying sag of Lijin sag in Jiyang depression,it was an important appraise well belonged to Shengli Oilfield.The proposed tetal dopth was 4100 m.The geologic structure was very complex in the oilfield.Mud-making was very serious in the second large hole.The wellbore stability and cutting carrying were very difficult.The accidents of well collapse and tight hole sticking occurred frequently in Shahejie Formation because of highly developed bedding,propagation of pore and fissure,soft red mudstone and oil shale in local well.The difficulty of lubrication and anti-caving was very great because of dogleg angel.The sulphonated polymer drilling fluid with anti-temperature and anti-caving ability was applied.Different maintenance methods were operated aimed at different formation.The target stratum was drilled smoothly,and the design objective and exploration task were achieved.
