复配表面活性剂体系构筑三元复合驱体系性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 碱(A)/表面活性剂(S)/聚合物(P)三元复合驱(ASP)技术是油田开发中后期的有效手段之一,而随着三次采油技术的发展,对复合驱体系环保的需求也越来越高,除技术指标外,还需要药剂对环境污染小或者无污染。针对D油田原油、注入水的性质以及油藏温度复配绿色表面活性剂体系,再与聚合物、碱复配构筑三元复合驱体系,考察该复合体系的相关性能。结果表明,多种复配比例均可使三元体系界面张力达到10-3 mN/m级别,而碱的加入能够提升界面活性,使界面张力达到10-4 mN/m级别。该三元体系经过5次吸附后,界面张力仍可达到10-3 mN/m级别,说明该体系抗吸附性能较好。另外,通过实验也认定该三元体系的乳化能力和热稳定性能较好。驱油实验结果表明,3种不同配比的三元复合驱体系采收率提高幅度分别为16.64%、18.11%和19.27%,提高采收率效果较好。 Alkaline/surfactant/polymer(ASP)flooding technology is one of the effective means in the middle and late period of oilfield development.With the development of ternary oil recovery technology,the demand for environmental protection of the composite flooding system is also increasing.In addition to technical indicators,the chemical pollution to the environment should be small or no pollution.In this paper,ASP combination system was constructed based on the properties of oil,injected water,reservoir temperature in D oilfield,and the green surfactant system.The related properties of the combination system were also investigated.Results showed that the interfacial tension of the combination system could reach the level of 10-3 mN/m by various mixing ratios,while the addition of alkali could enhance the interfacial activity,and the interfacial tension could reach the level of 10-4 mN/m.After 5 times of adsorption,the interfacial tension of the combination system could still reach the level of 10-3 mN/m,indicating that the system had good adsorption resistance.In addition,the emulsifying ability and thermal stability of the ternary system were also found to be good.The oil displacement experiment results showed that the recovery rates of the combination systems with different ratios were 16.64%,18.11%and 19.27%,respectively.The effect of enhanced oil recovery is good.
