变压精馏分离2-丁酮和水的工艺研究

摘要 为有效分离2-丁酮与水的共沸物系,对变压精馏分离2-丁酮与水的工艺开展了可行性研究。采用化工模拟计算软件,对流量为1000 kg/h的2-丁酮与水的共沸组成物料进行计算和模拟,采用变压精馏高压塔-常压塔两塔连用的方式,有效分离2-丁酮与水的共沸组成,得到高品质的2-丁酮产品,其质量分数可达99.90%以上,废水中2-丁酮含量低于0.01%。最后得到高压塔T1理论塔板数为15块,回流比为0.5,原料进料位置为第7块塔板,操作压力为1.0 MPa,2-丁酮产品单次收率为50.06%;得到精馏塔T2理论塔板数为18块,回流比为1.0,原料进料位置为第9块塔板,操作压力为常压。 In order to effectively separate the azeotropic system of 2-butanone from water,a feasibility study was carried out on the process of pressure swing distillation(PSD)for the separation of 2-butanone from water.The azeotropic composition of 2-butanone and water with a flow rate of 1000 kg/h was calculated and simulated by using chemical simulation software.The azeotropic composition of 2-butanone and water was effectively separated by pressure swing distillation of high pressure tower and atmospheric pressure tower.The high-quality 2-butanone product was then obtained.The mass fraction of 2-butanone product was more than 99.90%,and the content of 2-butanone in wastewater was less than 0.01%.Finally,the obtained theoretical plate number of high pressure tower T1 was 15,the reflux ratio was 0.5,the feeding position of raw material was the seventh plate,and the operating pressure was 1.0 MPa.The single yield of 2-butanone product was 50.06%,while the theoretical plate number of rectification tower T2 was 18,the reflux ratio was 1.0,the feeding position of raw material was the ninth plate,and the operating pressure was normal pressure.
