摘要
以TiCl_(4)为主催化剂,混合C_(10)烯烃为原料,Al(Et)_(3)为助催化剂,环己烷为溶剂,催化混合C_(10)烯烃聚合制备中黏度PAO基础油,探究溶剂极性、反应温度、催化剂用量、铝钛摩尔比、反应时间对聚合转化率与产品性能的影响。结果显示:在以环己烷为溶剂、TiCl_(4)催化剂用量为混合C_(10)烯烃的3.0%(质量分数)、Al/Ti摩尔比为1.0、反应温度为85℃、时间为3.0 h时,混合C_(10)烯烃的转化率最高为63.29%,100℃黏度为27.11 mm^(2)/s,黏度指数为124,倾点为-45℃。聚合产物性能满足中黏度PAO基础油的使用要求,提升了混合C_(10)烯烃的高附加值。
Medium viscosity polyalphaolefin(PAO)base oils were synthesized by utilizing mixed C_(10)olefins as raw material,TiCl_(4)as main catalyst,tri-ethyl aluminum as co-catalyst and cyclohexane as solvent.The impacts of polymerization conditions on the reaction such as solvent polarity,catalytic concentration,Al/Ti molar ratio,temperature,and reaction time were investigated with these TiCl_(4)/Al(Et)_(3)catalysts respectively.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:using the amount of TiCl_(4)catalyst of 3.0%mass fraction of the mixed C_(10)olefins,using the Al/Ti molar ratio of 1.0,the reaction temperature of 85℃,and the reaction time of 3.0 h.The highest conversion of mixed C_(10)olefins was 63.29%,the viscosity at 100℃was 27.11 mm^(2)/s,the viscosity index was 124,and the pour point was-45℃.The performance of the polymerization products could meet the requirements of medium viscosity of PAO base oil,and enhance the high added value of mixed C_(10) olefins.
