脑胶质母细胞瘤术后出现梅克尔细胞癌

A case of Merkel cell carcinoma after glioblastoma resection

报告1例脑胶质母细胞瘤术后出现梅克尔细胞癌(MCC)。患者男,47岁,右额叶胶质母细胞瘤切除术后1年,术后多次放、化疗。近1个月右侧额颞部开颅手术切口附近和放射治疗部位出现水肿性红斑、水疱及大疱,右侧下颌部出现肿块,皮损进展迅速。右侧额颞部皮损经组织病理和免疫组化检查诊断为MCC。

A case of Merkel cell carcinoma(MCC) after glioblastoma resection is reported. The patient was a 47-year-old male,who was on multiple radiotherapy and drug chemotherapy for 1 year after right frontal lobe glioblastoma resection. In the past month,edematous erythema, blisters and bullous appeared near the incision of the right frontotemporal craniotomy and the radiotherapy site, and a lump was also found on the right mandible. The skin lesions progressed rapidly. The diagnosis of MCC was made based on the histopathological and immunohistochemical examination on the skin lesion of the right frontal and temporal area.
