健胃消萎方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Jianwei Xiaowei Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis

目的探讨健胃消萎方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年9月韶关市中医院收治的80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组给予健胃消萎方治疗,对照组给予胃复春片治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组的中医证候临床疗效、胃黏膜病理变化及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组中医证候治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组病理总积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的胃镜及病理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论健胃消萎方对慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效,并能在一定程度上促进胃黏膜修复,改善胃黏膜的萎缩及肠化,不良反应较少,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianwei Xiaowei Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to the Shaoguan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Jianwei Xiaowei Decoction treatment,and the control group was given Weifuchun Tablets treatment,both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,pathological changes of gastric mucosa and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total pathological scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of gastroscopy and pathology in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Jianwei Xiaowei Decoction has a good clinical effect on chronic atrophic gastritis,and can promote gastric mucosa repair to a certain extent,improve the atrophy of gastric mucosa and intestinal metaplasia,less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
