阿戈美拉汀治疗酒精依赖伴抑郁患者的效果

Effect of Agomelatine in the treatment of patients with alcohol dependence complicated with depression

目的探讨阿戈美拉汀治疗酒精依赖伴抑郁患者的效果。方法选取2019年3月—2020年7月赣州市第三人民医院收治的100例酒精依赖戒断伴有抑郁症状患者为研究对象,按照简单随机法分为研究组(50例)和对照组(50例)。研究组采用阿戈美拉汀治疗,对照组采用氟西汀治疗。比较两组患者酒精使用障碍、不良情绪、睡眠质量、药物不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗2、4、8周后,研究组酒精使用障碍筛查量表(AUDIT)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分以及药物不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用阿戈美拉汀治疗酒精依赖伴抑郁患者的疗效较好,可改善患者睡眠情况、缓解情绪异常、降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Agomelatine in the treatment of patients with alcohol dependence complicated with depression.Methods A total of 100 patients with alcohol dependence withdrawal complicated with depressive symptoms who came to the Third People′s Hospital of Ganzhou for treatment from March 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the study group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)according to the simple randomization method.The study group was treated with Agomelatine while the control group was treated with Fluoxetine.The alcohol use disorder,negative emotions,sleep quality and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test(AUDIT)score,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions of the study group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Agomelatine has a good efficacy in the treatment of patients with alcohol dependence complicated with depression.It can improve the sleep status,relieve mood disorders and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions.Thus it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
