摘要 目的探讨经鼻高流量氧疗在支气管哮喘急性发作中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年11月赣南医学院第二附属医院收治的50例支气管哮喘急性发作患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组(25例)与观察组(25例)。对照组患者给予药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上行经鼻高流量氧疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、并发症发生情况,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1周时的肺功能指标。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(64.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗1周时的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对支气管哮喘急性发作患者,行经鼻高流量氧疗,效果好,并发症少,能显著改善肺功能,应用价值突出。 Objective To explore the application effect of nasal high flow oxygen therapy in acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods Fifty patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from August 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(25 patients)and the observation group(25 patients)according to the random number table method.The control group was given drug therapy,and observation group was given nasal high flow oxygen therapy on the basis of control group.The treatment effect and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.The pulmonary function indexes before treatment and 1 week after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(64.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 1 week of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma,nasal high flow oxygen therapy has good effect,fewer complications,can significantly improve lung function,and has outstanding application value.
