全数字化设计与3D技术辅助腰椎椎间孔镜手术的临床研究

Clinical study of full digital design and 3D technology assisted lumbar intervertebral foramen endoscopic surgery

目的探讨全数字化设计与3D技术辅助腰椎椎间孔镜手术的效果。方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月萍乡矿业集团有限公司总医院收治的40例腰椎间盘突出症和腰椎管狭窄患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照手术方式分为对照组(20例)和观察组(20例),对照组行常规椎间孔镜微创术,观察组行全数字化设计与3D技术辅助腰椎椎间孔镜手术。比较两组的临床疗效、手术情况及并发症。结果两组术后1、3、6个月及术后1年的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的穿刺时间、手术时间短于对照组,透视次数、术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访1年,观察组并发生总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全数字化设计与3D技术辅助腰椎椎间孔镜手术疗效显著,利于手术顺利进行,术后并发症较少,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of full digital design and 3D technology assisted lumbar intervertebral foramen endoscopic surgery.Methods Clinical data of 40 patients with lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co.,Ltd.from August 2018 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the operation method,they were divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases).The control group was treated with conventional intervertebral foramen endoscopic surgery,while the observation group was treated with full digital design and 3D technology assisted lumbar intervertebral foramen endoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy,operation and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups at 1,3,6 months and 1 year after operation(P>0.05).The puncture time and operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the number of fluoroscopy and intraoperative blood loss were less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Following up for 1 year,the total occurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The full digital design and 3D technology assisted lumbar intervertebral foramen endoscopic surgery has a significant effect,which is conducive to the smooth operation and less postoperative complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
