特殊口腔正畸保持器在口腔正畸中的效果和对患者生活质量的影响观察

Observation on the effect of special orthodontic retainer in orthodontics and its influence on the quality of life of patients

目的探究特殊口腔正畸保持器在口腔正畸中的效果和对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月四川大学华西口腔医院收治的60例口腔正畸患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间先后顺序分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),对照组采用Hawley保持器保持方法,观察组采用改良热压膜透明冠保持器保持方法。比较两组的上、下颌牙尖牙牙弓宽度与磨牙牙弓宽度、生活质量、饮食质量、睡眠质量及自觉症状。结果两组患者在随访后上、下颌牙尖牙牙弓宽度与磨牙牙弓宽度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组下颌牙磨牙牙弓宽度、Little指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量饮食质量、睡眠质量及自觉症状评分要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的咀嚼功能、舒适度、美观性、语言发音满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良热压膜透明冠保持器在口腔正畸中的效果确切,值得优选。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of special orthodontic retainers in orthodontics and its impact on the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 60 orthodontic patients admitted to West China Hospital of Stomatology,Sichuan University from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30cases)according to the order of admission time.The control group used the Hawley retainey method,and the observation group used the improved hot-pressed film transparent crown retainer method.The width of the canine arch and the width of molar arch,living mass,diet,sleep quality,and self-conscious symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After follow-up,the patients of two groups showed no significant differences in the width of the upper and lower canine arch and molar archwidth(P>0.05);the molar arch width and Little index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group′s quality of life,quality of sleep,and self-conscious symptoms scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores with masticatory function,comfort,aesthetics,and language pronunciation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved heat-pressing film transparent crown retainer has a definite effect in orthodontics and is worthy of optimization.
