眼针醒神通经康复技术治疗中风后足下垂的临床效果

Clinical effect of periocular acupuncture inducing resuscitation and unblocking meridians rehabilitation technology in the treatment of foot drop after stroke

目的探讨眼针醒神通经康复技术治疗中风后足下垂的临床效果。方法选取2020年4—10月辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的60例中风后足下垂患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与治疗组(30例),对照组在西医治疗基础上予常规针灸治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上运用眼针醒神通经康复技术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、功能性步行能力分级(FAC)及徒手肌力评定量表(MMT)评分。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FAC分级优于治疗前,MMT评分高于治疗前,且治疗组的MMT评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗后两组的FAC分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论眼针醒神通经康复技术能改善中风后足下垂患者的踝关节主动活动度及胫前肌肌力,治疗效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of periocular acupuncture inducing resuscitation and unblocking meridians rehabilitation technology in the treatment of foot drop after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with foot droop after stroke admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture on the basis of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with periocular acupuncture inducing resuscitation and unblocking meridians rehabilitation technology on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,functional walking ability grade(FAC)and freehand muscle strength rating scale(MMT)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FAC grade of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the MMT score of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the MMT score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,after treatment,there was no significant difference in FAC grade between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The periocular acupuncture inducing resuscitation and unblocking meridians rehabilitation technology can improve the active range of ankle joint and the muscle strength of tibial anterior muscle in patients with foot drop after stroke,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable,which is worthy of popularization and application.
