金钱草、海金沙热奄包配合耳穴埋豆在石淋患者排石中的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect observation of Herba Lysimachiae and Lygodium Japonicum hot package combined with auricular point embedding beans in stone expelling of patients with Shilin

目的探讨金钱草、海金沙热奄包配合耳穴埋豆在石淋患者排石中的疗效。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月九江市中医医院肾科、泌尿外科治疗的40例泌尿系结石患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组采用排石颗粒治疗,观察组口服中药并配合中药热奄包及耳穴埋豆。比较两组的清石效果、结石排出时间、疼痛程度及安全性。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为100.00%(20/20),高于对照组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的结石排出时间为(3.86±0.84)d,短于对照组的(5.72±1.32)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的疼痛评分为(1.01±0.35)分,低于对照组的(2.22±0.69)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组未出现明显不良反应,血常规、肝肾功能检查均未见异常。结论石淋患者采用金钱草、海金沙热奄包配合耳穴埋豆治疗的效果较好,利于提高治疗效果,缩短结石排出时间,减轻患者疼痛程度,且安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Herba Lysimachiae and Lygodium Japonicum hot package combined with auricular point embedding beans in stone expelling of patients with Shilin.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,40 patients with urinary calculi in the Department of Nephrology and Urology of Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Paishi Granule,while the observation group was treated by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with hot package and auricular point embedding beans.The stone removal effect,stone discharge time,pain degree and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stone discharge time of the observation group was(3.86±0.84)d,which was shorter than that of the control group([5.72±1.32]d),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score after treatment of the observation group was(1.01±0.35)points,which was lower than that of the control group([2.22±0.69]points),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups,and there were no abnormality in blood routine examination and liver and kidney function examination.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Herba Lysimachiae and Lygodium Japonicum hot package combined with auricular point embedding beans is better for patients with Shilin,which is conducive to improve the treatment effect,shorten the stone discharge time,reduce the pain degree of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
