四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Sijunzi Decoction addition and subtraction in the treatment of chronic gastritis

目的探讨四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月顺义区第二医院中医科收治的40例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(20例)与对照组(20例)。对照组采取常规治疗方法,研究组在对照组的基础上采用四君子汤加减治疗,比较两组的治疗总有效率、不良反应总发生率、复发率。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的复发率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上选用四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎患者能够取得更好的疗效,且不良反应发生率低,复发率低,在临床中适宜推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sijunzi Decoction addition and subtraction in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 40 patients with chronic gastritis in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Second Hospital of Shunyi District from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the study group(20 cases)and the control group(20 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Sijunzi Decoction addition and subtraction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,the total incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,Sijunzi Decoction addition and subtraction can be used to treat chronic gastritis patients with better curative effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low and the recurrence rate is low.It is suitable for promotion and application in clinical.
