微信式延续性护理对锁骨骨折术后患者功能恢复的影响

Influence of WeChat continuous nursing on the functional recovery of patients after clavicle fracture

目的探讨微信式延续性护理对锁骨骨折术后患者功能恢复的影响。方法选取2019年9月—2020年9月江西省抚州市中医院收治的68例锁骨骨折术后患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各34例。对照组采用常规出院指导及电话随访,观察组采用微信式延续性护理。比较两组的出院后功能锻炼依从性、肩关节功能恢复及护理满意度。结果观察组的功能锻炼依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组的肩关节疼痛与功能障碍指数评分量表(SPADI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的SPADI评分为(32.15±2.14)分,低于对照组的(41.44±3.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信式延续性护理能促进锁骨骨折术后患者肩关节功能恢复,可提高其出院后功能锻炼依从性,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of WeChat continuous nursing on the functional recovery of patients after clavicle fractures.Methods A total of 68 postoperative clavicle fracture patients who were admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,34 cases in each group.In the control group,routine discharge guidance and telephone follow-up were used,and in the observation group,WeChat continuous nursing was added.The functional exercise compliance,shoulder joint function recovery and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of after hospital discharge were analyzed.Results The functional exercise compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups of shoulder pain and disability index(SPADI)(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SPADI score of the observation group was(32.15±2.14)points,which was lower than that of the control group of(41.44±3.27)points,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat continuous nursing can promote the recovery of shoulder joint function of patients with clavicle fractures,enhance their compliance with functional exercises after hospital discharge,and increase nursing satisfaction.
