针对性护理干预在消炎溶石汤治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted nursing intervention in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis complicated with gallstones by Xiaoyan Rongshi tang

目的探讨针对性护理干预在消炎溶石汤治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年3月赣州市人民医院收治的80例慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实施组,每组各40例。两组均采用消炎溶石汤治疗慢性胆囊炎,对照组采用常规护理干预,实施组采用针对性护理干预。比较两组的总有效率、主要症状(肝胆区叩击痛、肩背胀、右肋胀痛、恶心呕吐及大便结)缓解率、不同部位(胆管结石、肝内结石及胆囊结石)结石排出率、护理满意度、生活质量及心理量表评分情况。结果实施组的总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施组的主要症状(肝胆区叩击痛、肩背胀、右肋胀痛、恶心呕吐及大便结)缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施组的不同部位(胆管结石、肝内结石及胆囊结石)结石排出缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施组的护理总满意度、生活质量及心理量表评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用消炎溶石汤治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石并予以针对性护理干预的临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis complicated with gallstones by Xiaoyan Rongshi Decoction.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic cholecystitis combined with gallstones admitted to Ganzhou People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from June 2019 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the implementation group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Xiaoyan Rongshi Decoction for chronic cholecystitis.Routine nursing intervention was used in the control group and targeted nursing intervention was used in the implementation group.With total effective rate,main symptom(liver area taps,shoulder pain,right rib pain,nausea and vomiting,and stool junction)response rate,different parts(biliary calculi,within the liver and gallbladder stones)calculi discharge rate,nursing satisfaction,quality of life and psychological rating scale were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the implementation group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission rate of main symptoms(percussion pain in liver and gallbladder area,shoulder distension,right costal pain,nausea and vomiting,and stool knot)in the implementation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission rate of stone excretion in different parts of the implementation group(biliary calculi,intrahepatic calculi and cholecystolithiasis)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing total satisfaction,quality of life and psychological scale scores of the implementation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyan Rongshi Decoction for the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with gallstones and targeted nursing intervention of the clinical efficacy is significant.
