摘要
研究了不同的冷轧压下率对DP1000热镀锌双相钢的组织、析出物、力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着冷轧压下率的增加,钢的强度逐渐增加;随着轧后退火温度的提高,钢的组织由铁素体+马氏体向铁素体+回火马氏体+碳化物转变;钢中存在60~70 nm的大尺寸析出物和6~8 nm的小尺寸析出物,随着冷轧压下率的提高,大尺寸析出物尺寸变化不大,但是小尺寸析出物有所增大,而且数量增加明显。
Changes of microstructure, precipitates and mechanical properties of DP1000 hot dip galvanized duplex steel were studied at different cold rolling reduction rates. The results show that with the increase of the cold rolling reduction rate,the strength of the steel increases gradually. With the increase of annealing temperature after rolling, the microstructure of the steel transforms from ferrite+martensite to ferrite+tempered martensite+carbides. There are 60-70 nm of large size precipitates and 6-8 nm of small size precipitates in steel. With the increase of cold rolling reduction rate, the size of large-size precipitates changes little, but the size and amount of small-size increase obviously.
