摘要
研究了微量元素Ag和稀土(65%Ce+35%La)对Sn-58Bi钎料的微观组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,添加微量的Ag和稀土对Sn-58Bi的熔化性能影响很小,但是两者都可以细化Sn-58Bi的组织并且可以提高Sn-58Bi焊点的剪切强度,添加稀土元素还可以明显提高Sn-58Bi钎料的塑性。
The effects of trace element of Ag and rare earth(65% Ce+35% La) additions on the microstructure and properties of Sn-58 Bi solder were investigated. The results indicate that adding trace amounts of Ag and RE has little influence on the melting properties of Sn-58 Bi, but both can refine the microstructure of Sn-58 Bi and increase the shear strength of Sn-58 Bi solder joint. The plasticity of the Sn-58 Bi solder can be improved by adding rare earth.
