摘要
目的观察绝经后骨质疏松女性维生素D、维生素B_(12)、同型半胱氨酸水平,探讨其与骨密度的关系。方法选取2019年1月-2020年2月在本院就诊的绝经女性141例,根据骨密度水平分为正常组85例和骨质疏松症组(OP组)56例,比较2组患者维生素D、维生素B_(12)、同型半胱氨酸和腰椎骨密度、左股骨颈骨密度。结果 2组患者碱性磷酸酶、钙、磷水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),OP组年龄、BMI、维生素D、维生素B_(12)、腰椎骨密度、左股骨颈骨密度水平均明显低于正常组(P<0.05),同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于正常组(P<0.05);OP患者维生素D、维生素B_(12)与腰椎骨密度、左股骨颈骨密度呈正相关(r值分别为0.488、0.502、0.427、0.515,P<0.05),同型半胱氨酸与腰椎骨密度、左股骨颈骨密度呈负相关(r值分别为-0.483、-0.469,P<0.05);OP患者维生素D、维生素B_(12)与同型半胱氨酸呈负相关(r值分别为-0.361、-0.355,P<0.05)。结论绝经后骨质疏松症女性维生素D、维生素B_(12)水平下降,同型半胱氨酸水平升高,且与骨密度具有明显相关性。
Objective To observe the levels of vitamin D,vitamin B_(12) and homocysteine in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and to explore the relationship between them and bone mineral density.Methods A total of 141 postmenopausal women admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into the normal group(85 cases)and the OP group(56 cases)according to the bone mineral density level.The levels of vitamin D,vitamin B_(12),homocysteine and lumbar bone density and left femoral neck bone density were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical significance on the difference in the levels of alkaline phosphatase,calcium and phosphorus between the two groups(P>0.05).The age,BMI,vitamin D,vitamin B_(12),lumbar bone density and left femoral neck bone density in the OP group were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05),and the homocysteine level in the OP group was significantly higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05).Vitamin D and vitamin B_(12) of OP patients were positively correlated with lumbar bone density and left femoral neck bone density(r=0.488,r=0.502,r=0.427,r=0.515,P<0.05),while homocysteine was negatively correlated with lumbar bone density and left femoral neck bone density(r=-0.483,r=-0.469,P<0.05).Vitamin D and vitamin B_(12) were negatively correlated with homocysteine in OP patients(r=-0.361,r=-0.355,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of vitamin D and vitamin B_(12) decreased and homocysteine increased in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis,which were significantly correlated with bone mineral density.
