中药成分抗血小板作用的研究现状

Research status on the antiplatelet effect of traditional Chinese medicine

血小板参与的抗凝过程在很多疾病中都起着十分重要的作用,尤其与心血管疾病有关,血小板的激活与动脉粥样硬化有着十分密切的关系。本文对于中药中抗血小板的成分进行分类,并且对于每类成分中具有代表性的抗血小板成分抑制血小板聚集的特点以及机制进行综述,可以为寻找中药中抗血小板成分以及抗血小板药物的合成提供借鉴。

Platelet plays an important role in many diseases,especially in cardiovascular disease.Platelet activation is closely related to atherosclerosis.In this paper,the components of antiplatelet in traditional Chinese medicine are classified,and the characteristics and mechanism of antiplatelet inhibition in each category are summarized.It can provide reference for the search of antiplatelet components in traditional Chinese medicine and the synthesis of antiplatelet drugs.
