角膜生物力学与青光眼进展的相关性研究现状

Currents situation of the correlation between corneal biomechanics and glaucoma

摘要 角膜生物力学特性是近年来临床研究的热点,其不仅直接影响眼压测量的准确性,而且与青光眼的进展密切相关。本文围绕角膜生物力学与青光眼的关系,针对现有文献进行综述,从角膜生物力学特性的参数、不同检测方法、不同类型青光眼的角膜生物力学改变特点、角膜生物力学与青光眼病程进展的关系、以及青光眼药物、激光和手术治疗对角膜生物力学特性的影响等方面进行归纳和总结。 Corneal biomechanics is a hot topic in clinical research in recent years,which not only directly affects the accuracy of intraocular pressure measurement,but also closely related to the progress of glaucoma.Focusing on the relationship between corneal biomechanics and glaucoma,the present manuscript reviews the existing literature,including the parameters of corneal biomechanics,different detection methods,the characteristics of corneal biomechanics changes in different types of glaucoma.The relationship between corneal biomechanics and the progress of glaucoma,and the effects of glaucoma drugs,laser and surgical treatment on corneal biomechanics were also discussed.
