摘要
校企融合发展是做强做大职业教育的必由之路,是为企业培养急需人才的必由之路。我校汽车类专业在与企业合作过程中,不断探索企业基层管理人员和技术骨干人才培养模式,为企业输送培养基层管理干部和技术骨干人才,为此,我校智能工程学院与亚桥辛娜汽车服务有限公司进行"输血"与"造血"的骨干人才培养模式探索尝试,积极探索人才培养的办法和路径,取得了一定的经验和办法。
School-enterprise integration is the only way to make vocational education stronger and bigger,and it is the only way to cultivate urgently needed talents for enterprises.In the process of cooperation with enterprises,our school’s automotive majors continue to explore the training mode of enterprise grassroots managers and technical backbone talents,and provide enterprises with training-level management cadres and technical backbone talents.For this reason,the School of Intelligent Engineering of our school and Yaqiao Xinna Auto Service Co.,Ltd.has carried out exploration and experimentation of the core talent training model of "blood transfusion" and "hematopoiesis",and actively explored the methods and paths of talent training,and obtained certain experience and methods.
