赛教融合促进高职汽修专业发展

The Integration of Competition and Education Promoting the Professional Development of Higher Vocational Auto Repair

随着我国汽车产业的日益发展,对专业汽修人才的要求也越来越高。本文以汽修专业建设和汽修技能大赛的融合为研究对象,分析现在赛教融合方面存在的问题,探索高职汽修专业人才培养过程中"赛教融合育人"的有效途径,通过指导教师团队建设、大赛学生团队建设、课程体系标准建设等方面的共同努力,促进学校在技能大赛和专业建设方面同时取得长足的进步。

With the increasing development of China’s automobile industry,the requirements for professional auto repair talents are getting higher and higher.This article takes the integration of auto repair professional construction and auto repair skill competition as the research object,analyzes the current problems in the integration of racing and education,and explores the effective way of "integration of competition and education" in the process of cultivating professional auto repair professionals in higher vocational schools.Through guidance,the joint efforts of teacher team building,competition student team building,and curriculum system standard construction have promoted the school to make great progress in both skill competition and professional construction.
