摘要
汽车安全带是对驾乘人员生命安全的保障,根据2013年日本使用安全带/不使用安全带的死亡率的对比,前排乘员死亡率低19.8倍。通过对出口面包车未佩戴安全带报警系统的改造,根据改造理论和实践证明,改造有较高实用价值,并通过了ECE的认证。
Car seat belts are a guarantee for the life safety of drivers and passengers.According to the comparison of the death rate of seat belts/non-use belts in Japan in 2013,the death rate of front row occupants is 19.8 times lower.Through the modification of the alarm system of the export van without a seat belt,according to the modification theory and practice,the modification has high practical value and passed the ECE certification.
