大数据时代的背景下,高职院校的目的是为国家培养具有专业操作能力的技术人才。近年来,随着招生规模的不断扩大,高职院校与企业共同联合培养高科技人才,其中产教融合联合人才培养机制不断深化完善,但仍然存在不足。基于此,本文梳理了产教融合对高职教育人才培养的重要意义,分析了产教融合中存在的问题,提出了人才培养模式创新改革的具体策略,详细探讨了高职教育产教融合人才培养机制,旨在为相关人员提供经验。

Under the background of big data era, the purpose of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate technical talents with professional operation ability for the country. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of enrollment scale, higher vocational colleges and enterprises jointly cultivate high-tech talents. Among them, the industry education integration joint talent training mechanism is constantly deepening and improving, but there are still shortcomings.Based on this, this paper combs the significance of industry education integration for higher vocational education personnel training, analyzes the problems existing in the integration of industry and education, puts forward specific strategies for the innovation and reform of talent training mode, and discusses the talent training mechanism of industry education integration in Higher Vocational Education in detail, so as to provide experience for relevant personnel.
