校企合作背景下高校体育社团的发展路径探究

在高校体育社团数量上急剧增长的同时,当前高校体育社团发展存在管理不到位、社团活动的开展状况不稳定、资金缺乏、缺乏专业的指导、场地器材缺乏、社团的活动范围较小、与社会实践脱节等问题。在校企合作背景下高校体育社团明确校企合作方向,与企业建立互惠互利的合作关系,通过校企合作建立高校体育社团企业管理方式,驱动社团活动的全面开展,丰富高校体育社团的资源。

With the rapid growth of the number of sports associations in Colleges and universities, there are some problems in the development of sports associations in colleges and universities, such as inadequate management,unstable development of association activities, lack of funds, lack of professional guidance, lack of venues and equipment, small range of activities, and disconnection with social practice. Under the background of school enterprise cooperation, college sports associations should make clear the direction of school enterprise cooperation, establish mutually beneficial cooperative relationship with enterprises, establish enterprise management mode of college sports associations through school enterprise cooperation, drive the comprehensive development of community activities, and enrich the resources of college sports associations.
