摘要
我国当前的工业化进程正在不断的加快,城市化发展速度也尤为迅速,随之而来的就是环境污染的问题。对于传统的物理、化学处理技术来说,它没办法从根本上解决好污染问题,因此需要对环境工程建设中的分子生物技术进行关注。现代分子生物学技术已经被广泛应用于食品、医疗领域,它主要是从微生物种类、结构与去除率之间的关系入手,通过对微生物的群落的控制来获得更好的处理效果。本文主要是对微生物的构成、环境工程的影响要素作简要介绍,重点探讨了环境工程微生物领域中分子生物技术的应用,以期促进人与自然的和谐相处。
China’s current industrialization process is constantly accelerating, especially the speed of urbanization,followed by the problem of environmental pollution. For the traditional physical and chemical treatment technology, it can not fundamentally solve the problem of pollution, so we need to pay attention to the molecular biotechnology in the construction of environmental engineering. Modern molecular biology technology has been widely used in food and medical fields. It mainly starts from the relationship between microbial species, structure and removal rate, and obtains better treatment effect by controlling the microbial community. In this paper, the composition of microorganisms and the influencing factors of environmental engineering are briefly introduced, and the application of molecular biotechnology in the field of environmental engineering microorganisms is mainly discussed, so as to promote the harmonious coexistence between human and nature.
