基于AACSB认证的工商管理一流专业目标定位与建设路径研究——以重庆工商大学工商管理专业为例

Research on the Target Orientation and Constructing Path for First-class Major of Business Administration Based on the AACSB——Take Business Administration Major of Chongqing Technology And Business University as an Example

专业认证作为一种国际通行的教育质量保障制度,有助于指导和促进高校开展专业建设、教育教学改革以及保障和提高人才培养的质量。本文以重庆工商大学工商管理专业为例,基于AACSB认证标准,首先对工商管理一流专业建设的目标进行了定位,之后从本科课程建设、师资队伍建设、人才合作培养、人才质量保障等方面探索了工商管理一流专业的建设路径,以期为我国高校尤其是地方高校的工商管理一流专业建设提供一定的参考和借鉴。

As an international popular education quality assurance system, professional certification has important guiding significance for guiding and promoting professional construction and teaching reform, ensuring and improving the quality of personnel training. Taking the business administration major of Chongqing Technology And Business University as an example, based on the AACSB certification standard, this paper first puts forward the goal orientation of the construction of the first-class major of business administration, and then puts forward the construction path of the first-class major of business administration from the curriculum construction, teaching staff construction, cooperative cultivating, quality assurance, etc., in order to provide reference for the construction of first-class major of business administration in domestic universities, especially local universities.
