新时代乡村小学教师师德的生成及意蕴

摘要 全面推进乡村振兴背景下,乡村教育振兴是关键。乡村教育振兴亟须改变乡村教师下不去、留不住、教不好的现状,亟须提高乡村教师为乡村而教的学识、能力,尤其需要加强师德的培养,激发新时代乡村小学教师投身乡村教育的内生动力。观照新时代乡村小学教师师德生成的时代逻辑、地域逻辑、学段逻辑,探讨基于新时代、乡村教育、小学教育的乡村小学教师师德意蕴,劳动观念与创新意识、职业认同感与责任感、文明的礼仪行为与良好的心理品质都是新时代乡村小学教师师德的应然之义。 Under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, rural education revitalization is the key. The revitalization of rural education needs to change the current situation that rural teachers can’t go down, stay and teach well. It needs to improve the knowledge and ability of rural teachers to teach for the countryside, especially strengthen the cultivation of teachers’ ethics, and stimulate the endogenous motivation of rural primary school teachers to participate in rural education in the new era. According to the time logic, regional logic and learning logic of the generation of rural primary school teachers’ Ethics in the new era, this paper discusses the connotation of rural primary school teachers’ ethics based on the new era, rural education and primary education. Labor concept and innovation consciousness, professional identity and responsibility, civilized etiquette behavior and good psychological quality are all the natural meanings of rural primary school teachers’ ethics in the new era.
