高中阶段是青少年人生发展中的重要时期,高中阶段的学生做好职业生涯规划,对其未来的发展具有重要意义。高中学校要重视高中生职业生涯规划教育,并落到实处,提高学生的职业生涯规划意识和能力。文章分析高中生职业生涯规划教育现状及其背后的原因,并提出有效开展高中生职业生涯规划教育的策略,以促进学生的长远发展。

Senior middle school is an important period in the development of teenagers'life.It is of great significance for senior middle school students to make career planning for their future development.Senior middle school should pay attention to the education of senior middle school students'career planning and implement it to improve students'awareness and ability of career planning.This paper analyzes the current situation of senior middle school students'career planning education and the reasons behind it,and puts forward some effective strategies to promote the long-term development of students.
