基于多元选择模型的中职生家风家教实证研究

摘要 目前,我国中职生群体的整体素养相对高中生群体的整体素养存在明显差距,这究竟是什么原因引起的呢?文章以高中生群体为参照,采用多元选择模型,论证家风家教对中职生“学习态度和成绩”“性格、信心及韧性”“人际影响力及竞争精神”,以及“理想抱负及胸襟”的影响,分析中职教育中抵消家风家教缺位影响的针对性因素,提出中职学校进行家风家教靶向教育的策略和方法。 At present,there is a significant gap between the overall literacy of secondary vocational students and that of senior middle school students.What is the reason for this?Taking senior middle school students as a reference,this paper uses multiple choice model to demonstrate the influence of family style and tutor on secondary vocational students'learning attitude and performance,personality,confidence and resilience,interpersonal influence and competitive spirit,and ideal,ambition and mind,and analyzes the targeted factors to offset the influence of family style and tutor absence in secondary vocational education.This paper puts forward the strategies and methods of targeted education of family style and family education in secondary vocational schools.
