教育部印发的《关于深化中小学教师培训模式改革全面提升培训质量的指导意见》,要求根据教师发展不同阶段的实际需求,开展针对性强的培训,并要求改革培训模式、改进培训内容、提高培训质量。如何促进中小学教师培训成果向办学实践转化,成为培训界普遍关注的课题。文章对促进中小学教师培训成果转化的有效策略进行探讨。

The guiding opinions on deepening the reform of primary and secondary school teacher training mode and comprehensively improving the training quality issued by the ministry of education requires that targeted training should be carried out according to the actual needs of different stages of teacher development,and that the training mode should be reformed,the training content should be improved and the training quality should be improved.Promoting the transformation of primary and secondary school teachers'training achievements into school running practice has become a topic of general concern in the training field.This paper discusses the effective strategies to promote the transformation of primary and secondary school teachers'training achievements.
