循环改进式流程管理提升手术室工作效率的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Process Management based on Cycle Improvement on Improving Work Efficiency of Operating Room

目的探讨循环改进式流程管理方式在提升手术室工作效率的效果。方法回顾分析本院手术室应用循环改进式流程管理前后(2017年1月-2018年2月,实施前组,n=109例;2018年3月-2019年4月,实施后组,n=112例)进行手术治疗的221例患者的临床病例资料,比较两组手术效率、不良事件发生率以及护理质量、护理满意度得分情况。结果实施循环改进式流程管理后,手术等待时间与间隔时间均短于实施前(p<0.05);实施后组手术过程中不良事件发生率为1.79%,明显低于实施前组的9.17%(p<0.05);实施后组手术环境、卫生消毒、器械管理、护理配合、护理记录评分和护理质量总评分以及护理满意度调查中的手术环境、护士形象、服务态度、护理操作等评分均明显高于实施前组(p<0.05)。结论循环改进式流程管理应用于手术室管理效果良好,有助于手术室工作效率提升。

Objective To explore the effect of process management of cycle improvement on improving the work efficiency of the operating room. Methods the clinical data of 221 patients treated by surgery before and after the implementation of circulation improvement process management in the operating room of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The pre-implementation group selected from January 2017 to February 2018, n=109 cases;The post-implementation group was from March 2018 to April 2019, n=112 cases. The surgical efficiency, incidence of adverse events, nursing quality, and nursing satisfaction scores between the two groups were compared. Results After the implementation of circulation improvement process management, the waiting time and interval time for operation were shorter than those before operation;The incidence of intraoperative adverse event in the post-implementation group was 1.79%, which was significantly lower than that in the pre-implementation group(9.17%). After the implementation, the survey scores of satisfaction, such as operating environment, sanitation and disinfection, equipment management, nursing cooperation, nursing record score and total nursing quality score, as well as the survey scores of operating environment, nurse image, service attitude and nursing operation were significantly higher than those of the pre-implementation group. Conclusion the application of circulation improvement process management in operating room management is effective, and it is helpful to improve the operating room work efficiency.
