余甘子中有效成分与矿质元素含量的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用高效液相色谱法分析了18种余甘子中有效成分没食子酸的含量,采用ICP-OES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱)法测定了20种矿质元素(Fe、Al、B、Cr、Cu、Mn、Zn、Ca、K、Na、P、S、Se、Si、Mo、Mg、Cd、Co、Ni、Pb)的含量,并对没食子酸与矿质元素含量进行了相关性分析。结果表明:当色谱分析中的洗脱液为乙腈+0.2%磷酸水(5∶95)时,没食子酸浓度(x)与峰面积(y)间的线性回归方程为y=18934x-16.921,R^(2)=0.9999;在18种余甘子中,BCYY的没食子酸含量最高,达(3011.589±34.368)mg/kg;在20种矿质元素中,K、Mg、Ca、S和P含量较高,而Ni、Cr含量较低;没食子酸含量与Ca含量呈极显著负相关,与Na含量呈显著的负相关,说明余甘子中有效成分与矿质元素含量间存在一定的相关性。 In this study,the content of gallic acid in 18 species of Phyllanthus emblica was determined by HPLC,and 20 mineral elements(Fe,Al,B,Cr,Cu,Mn,Zn,Ca,K,Na,P,S,Se,Si,Mo,Mg,Cd,Co,Ni and Pb)were determined by ICP-OES(inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry).The correlation between gallic acid and mineral elements was analyzed.The results showed that when the chromatographic condition was acetonitrile+0.2% phosphoric water(5∶95),the linear regression equation was y=18934 x-16.921 and R^(2)=0.9999,and the gallic acid content in BCYY was the highest,reaching(3011.589±34.368)mg/kg.Among the 20 mineral elements in 18 species of Phyllanthus emblica,K,Mg,Ca,S and P were the richest,while Ni and Cr were the lowest.The content of gallic acid was significantly negatively correlated with the content of Ca,and significantly negatively correlated with the content of Na,which indicated that there was a certain correlation between effective components and mineral element content in Phyllanthus emblica.
